BodyTalk Access class student shares their observations and excitement

Three days after
Mollie, Thanks for the opportunity to know more about BodyTalk. I feel more open and expansive. These first two mornings I can hardly wait to get out of bed and begin doing the exercises. I’m surprised how my body is really feeling more loved and cared for. It’s a good beginning! -AO

I am discovering more and more benefits from BodyTalk every day. This is really exciting. Before I “published” any of my findings I wanted to give myself some time to make 100% certain that I wasn’t fooling myself. But today I noticed that my left wrist, which I broke about ten years ago, doesn’t hurt anything like it used to. And the rock-hard tightness in my neck and shoulder, that I have been suffering with for many months has all but gone away.

Donna is a career skeptic, but even she had to admit that something positive is going on, because a knot that she has had in her neck forever just “vanished”.
Additionally, I can now fully inflate my lungs. I had to divorce myself from my first wife, because the longer I stayed with her the more difficult it was for me to inflate my lungs. I genuinely feared that I was going to simply suffocate if I stayed with her. I expected that after I liberated myself from that relationship my lungs would go back to normal, but they didn’t … at least not totally.

Now after almost a week of studying the effects of BodyTalk on my own body, I can honestly say that I can think more clearly; I forget a great deal less information than BBT (before BodyTalk). I can think about several engineering projects at the same time instead of having to stay focused on only one project at a time. My energy level is much higher; I feel lighter, and it is easier for me to stand up straight.

The wrist that I had broken would give me fits BBT. If I happened to hook my thumb on something or accidentally bend my hand backwards or even forwards, my hand would hurt just like I had broken it all over again. The pain oftentimes interfered with my ability to give massages. However, today I accidentally hooked my left thumb on one of my belt loops, but there was NO pain whatsoever!  I couldn’t believe it. So I did it again on purpose. I did it again even harder than before… still no pain. So I tried bending my hand in every direction – I still couldn’t make my hand hurt. That alone was worth fifty times what I paid for the BodyTalk Access workshop. I am so very thankful that Mollie brought BodyTalk to Kentucky. I have decided to contact her and see about setting up an appointment as soon as possible. -MR

Following the class I have also started doing the BodyTalk Access techniques on a daily basis. This morning I noticed a lot of tingling for a time during and after I finished. The energy is in motion! -Mollie

I went to the chiropractor for my monthly visit yesterday afternoon. I go on a regular basis, because I sustained two pretty serious blows to my neck by the time I was sixteen years ole. My chiropractor showed me my X-rays, and he said that it looks like I had been hit in the head with a baseball bat. At any rate, my neck has forever made a grinding sound when I roll my neck, and when I get my neck adjusted by my chiropractor, it pops and cracks three to four times in each direction. Yesterday, however, was very different. When my chiropractor was adjusting my neck it only made one very small pop in each direction.

I had performed the fast aid technique to my neck right after our class in April, and my neck became less painful, and the grinding noise was greatly reduced. Today I cannot get my neck to make a grinding noise, and my neck doesn’t hurt. I am anxious to get another X-ray taken to see what my neck looks like now.

Additionally, I was experiencing a great deal of pain in the muscles on the left side of my neck, my left shoulder and my upper back on the left side. My range of motion was dramatically limited on the left side of my neck. On two occasions I almost hit another car while driving down the highway, because when I went to look over my left shoulder to check my blind spot, my neck wouldn’t turn as far as I needed for it to turn, and I missed seeing the other cars. Fortunately, they pulled up far enough that I could see them in my side mirror before I changed lanes. Now I have the full range of motion back in my neck, and absolutely no pain. – MR

Later additions to the above testimony
I was so excited about how easy my chiropractic adjustment went yesterday that I totally forgot to mention that my legs have regained some of the strength that they had lost in recent years. It had gotten to the point to where I could not easily stand up from a seated position without first placing my hands on my knees and pushing up with my arms. Additionally, my legs below the knees always had an ache that sort of felt like my calves were about to split open. That pain in my legs has been dramatically reduced, and I can stand up from a seated position using only my legs again.

I do the entire BodyTalk (Access) protocols every day and sometimes even twice a day. – MR

I think that this is about week number nine since I took the BodyTalk Access class that you put together in Louisville back in April, and I just keep feeling better and better. One of the main concerns that I had was that the joints in my hands were beginning to get stiff and swollen. And a couple of knuckles would hurt like a bee had stung them. Since I am a Reflexologist, I use my hands a lot, and I was quite concerned about how this encroaching pain in my hands would effect my ability to continue doing Reflexology. I am happy to report that the pain, stiffness and swelling in my hands has very nearly gone away.

I do my BodyTalk Access almost religiously every day. I believe that I have only missed doing the entire protocols twice in the past nine weeks. I can definitely tell the difference when I skip them. Additionally, I feel more energetic now than I have in years. I have so much energy, in fact, that I have to fight the urge to just jump down and start doing push-ups. I used to not be able to do any push-ups because I had broken my wrist, and it had never healed properly. So being able to do any push-ups at all is quite a blessing. – MR

I used BodyTalk a lot last week and the week before because I was trying to come down with some terrible sore throat and congestion thing. I did miss one day of work but I was able to skip most of congestion that goes along with these colds, viruses, whatever it was. I feel certain it would have gotten worse if I had not used BodyTalk.
My husband has gone through 2 rounds of antibiotics with this. I’m sooooo glad I know BodyTalk. I need to get him to check in with me at his earliest symptoms next time. Thanks. CJ
